We accept returns for replacement of defective items on any product purchased in the last 30 days.
Steps to get replacement:
1. Email us at support@akasaka.ph with the information below.
- Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email).
- Items needed for replacement.
2. Send the items back to the given office address
3. Your replacement will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving the items in our office.
